The process of obtaining your transcript can be frustrating, sometimes requiring inside connections or navigating unnecessary bureaucracy. With Transcript Africa, that’s no longer the case. With our vast network of higher education institutions, our team will assist you in requesting your official electronic or digital transcript directly from the university’s administration. We ensure the seamless delivery of your transcript directly from the Registrar’s office to any organisation or employer you specify.
To request the official transcript from your institution, you need to provide ONLY ONE of the following items:
Kindly note that, in addition to one of the above items, you will also need to submit a government-issued photo ID to verify your personal identity.
Click the “Pay Now” button to initiate a payment through card, mobile money or bank transfer. The electronic transcript cost NG₦ 19,700
Immediately after you initiate payment, you’ll be automatically redirected to the Transcript request form and also receive the same form link via email.
We’ll review your form submission within 24 hours of receiving payment and notify you when your transcript process has started. If we need any additional info, we’ll contact you promptly.
Expect updates on your transcript’s progress, including approvals from Student Affairs, stamping by the University Registrar, and other key milestones in the process.
You will receive an email from Transcript Africa within 7-9 days confirming the delivery of your electronic transcript. We will also email your transcript number to the specified institution or employer.

We currently process transcripts from universities that are accredited by Nigeria’s National Universities Commission (NUC) and Ghana’s National Accreditation Board (NAB) across all federal, state, regional, and private universities.

To track the status of your request, simply message our customer service team with the reference number you received when you confirmed your order. They’ll provide you with an update.
Short answer, no. Long answer: we do not process unofficial transcripts or student copies, as they are easier to obtain directly from your institution and typically lack urgency.
