Customer Service Officer

Responsible for facilitating interactions between our company and its clients by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints through various communication channels like phone, email, social media and chat.

duties

  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints – This involves addressing customer questions, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner via email, live chat, social media etc.
  • Providing product/service information – Being able to explain and provide detailed information about the company’s products, services, policies, procedures, pricing etc. to customers.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues – Diagnosing problems that customers are facing with products/services and coming up with solutions. This may involve walkthroughs, replacements, refunds, etc.
  • Processing orders, payments, refunds etc. – Completing customer transactions and updating accounts accordingly.
  • Maintaining customer accounts and records – Keeping customer account details up-to-date and maintaining records of all interactions and transactions.
  • Providing feedback to improve products/services – Sharing customer concerns, complaints and suggestions regarding products and services to relevant teams to help improve offerings.
  • Maintaining knowledge base – Staying updated about the company’s offerings and policies to be able to provide accurate information to customers.

criteria

  • Must possess a functional laptop.
  • Must be aged between 20 – 29 years.
  • Must have a good command of English.
  • Must be able to work remotely without distractions.
  • Must know how to navigate customer service and office tools.
